Ownership should never be split.
A designer builds the site. A different vendor hosts it. A third watches for security. A fourth gets called, eventually, when something needs to change. The moment ownership fragments across four invoices, accountability disappears with it — and the business is left holding the coordination no one was ever paid to do.
ByHaradau exists to be the one place responsible for the whole system, permanently — not a deliverable with an end date, but a system that keeps evolving with the business behind it.
Five questions decide everything.
Nothing is added to the system — a feature, a page, a service — before it survives all five. Failing one is a complete answer of no.
Does this make the whole system more valuable — or just itself more impressive?
Could removing something else achieve the same result?
Can it be understood without explanation?
Will it still make sense in ten years, or only this quarter?
Does it serve the client’s outcome, or our own preference?
